Changed my address and it went to my old one
I updated my address for my subscription like 2 weeks before it shipped and it still went to my old apartment. Now someone else has my package. I emailed support and haven't heard back yet

Ordered this 2 and a half weeks ago. Payment went through same day but no package. No tracking update since it left the warehouse. Getting asked for a review before I even have the product in my hands is frustrating

Works but the pricing is greedy
I'll be honest the product actually works my chin hair is growing back slower and finer. But you clearly have something that works here and you're charging $49 for 60ml when this probably costs you a few dollars to make. You could price this way lower and help more women instead of squeezing us. Feels like you know we're desperate and you're taking advantage

Package arrived damaged
Box was completely crushed and the bottle was leaking inside the packaging. Half the oil was soaked into the bubble wrap. Really disappointed because I was excited to try it

Subscription shipped before I could skip
I wanted to skip my next month but by the time I figured out how to do it on the website it had already shipped. Now I have an extra bottle I didn't want yet and got charged for it. The skip window needs to be longer or more obvious
